Thanks for all the comments. Wife is determined to keep it, but I said to just keep the clip. Wouldnt want to find that at the bottom of a box in 5 years! @nicsnotebook.com This is the last bit of the umbilical cord. It falls off naturally to create a belly button. Completley natural.
Ahh, love it. I wish I'd thought to photograph the LittleMan's. I was too grossed out to keep it but I wish I had a photo to show him when he's bigger. His fell off when my husband was changing his nappy; poor guy thought he had broken the baby.
Firstly - congratulations! Secondly - I have to admit that the cord freaked me out slightly, my son's took over 10 days to fall off & I was petrified of touching it! x
Awwwww - have to admit they give me the creeps! Took two weeks for my girls to fall off and I wanted to puke, but awwwww lol
